PT. Sumitomo S.H.I. Construction Machinery Southeast Asia together with PT. Oscar Mas as official distributor in Indonesia held Parts Conference event for two days from Aug 28-29, 2018, at the Karawang factory, West Java and at the office of PT. Oscar Mas, Cibitung.
Sumitomo’s activities were carried out by the distributor to provide training in increasing knowledge to all distributor personnel, especially in the parts department itself by looking directly at the excavator factory in Karawang to see the excavator’s production capability every day, as well as increasing knowledge about Sumitomo parts so that the personnel could provide the right solution to customers in the importance of using original parts from Sumitomo for the needs of caring for the equipment in the field, while also providing knowledge in improving service quality and analyzing the market continuously.
Sumitomo and its distributors always try to make improvements continuously in order to improve services and products that continue to be better for customers so that in the end to satisfy the customers.
